Terms and Conditions By purchasing a product or service from Crafty Scrappers you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing an order and print a copy for future reference.
Accuracy The descriptions of goods and services included in the Crafty Scrappers website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. The colour and appearance of goods for sale may vary slightly from their appearance on screen due to individual monitor settings. All sizes displayed are approximate as we are unable to guarantee 100% accuracy. Craft Scrappers will do their best to give you a product as close to your request as possible.
Copyright All images and designs used on the Crafty Scrappers website are the property of Crafty Scrappers or their respective copyright owners and are used by Crafty Scrappers with express authorisation. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute images, any part of the images or content in any form without prior written authorisation. If you supply us with an Image then you warrant that you either own the copyright or have obtained a license or written permission from the copyright owner to use the Image. Under no circumstances will Crafty Scrappers be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image in breach of copyright.
Prices, Payments and Refunds Crafty Scrappers reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. All products and services must be paid for at the time of order.
All prices and charges displayed on this site shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. All costs and delivery charges are displayed clearly in your shopping basket prior to you submitting your order. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
All of our payments are handled securely by PayPal www.paypal.co.uk PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant (Crafty Scrappers). Crafty Scrappers offers a full 30 day refund policy on all items returned in its original condition. We are unable to offer a refund of postal costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations You must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Crafty Scrappers are unable to cancel bespoke orders where work on the order has already been started.
Advertising & Promotion Crafty Scrappers reserve the right to use any submitted Ideas, Photographs or Images for Advertising & Promotion of our services. Please Contact Us if you would prefer NOT to have your submitted Idea, Photograph or Image used in this way.
